Who we are

What we collect
When you request service, book an appointment, call us, or use your customer portal, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address, details and photos of the work, and your messages to us. If you pay a bill online, a payment processor handles your card; we never see or store your card number. Calls to our business line may be recorded and transcribed so we get the details right.
How we use it
To schedule and carry out your job, send you confirmations and updates you’ve agreed to, answer your questions, take payment, keep records of the work we did, and meet our legal and licensing obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers who deliver our texts on our behalf.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business on our behalf: payment processing, email delivery, phone and text delivery, and secure hosting of our website and records. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, photos and messages for as long as needed to stand behind our work and to meet tax, licensing and warranty requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@elektronelectric.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know what we collect and to request deletion; we will not treat you differently for using them. You can stop texts any time by replying STOP.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
